Cant Get Stable Connection

CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHY I KEEP GETTING WAITING FOR STABLE CONNECTION = THINGS WHERE FINE BUT NOW I CANT GET ANYTHING THRU LW BECAUSE OF WAITING FOR STABLE CONNECTION - I HAVE DIABLED FIREWALL AND NORTON BUT
LW STILL THINKS I HAVE ONE AND I CANT GET A GOOD CONNECT ?? PLS HELP THANKS
