Hi i am new to this and not very computer literate. so everything will have to be explained like i am a 5 year old.

i have been using bearshare for a while but over the weekend it suddnly lost connection so i uninstalled and reinstalled but still the first red light keeps flashing. Can you help??

Maybe, but a lot more information is needed. Who is your ISP?

what is an ISP and where do i find it??

Sorry told you i wasnt that clued up. My internet Service Provider is Blueyonder.

I think Blueyonder is blocking it. Try other P2P sharing software and
Blueyonder's newsgroup server for awhile until they drop their blockade.
