Default firewalls

hi, im new with LW, sick of wyzo ,u torrent etc.need all the help i can get.

understand that windows firewall allows lw to transfer files and is automatically an exception to the wall.

i m not using norton but avast home edition, any other firewalls i might have missed, there's also windows defender with vista.

second question- how do you make a RANDOM PORT selection on LW?

appreciate any feedback
thanks
