Default TCP Firewalled

ive been using bearshare for years only to have recently discover that both it and my bit torrent program have been TCP firewalled. Im not quite sure what that entails exactly.

I am running a cable telstra connection through a apple airport extreme router controlled thought a mac laptop. I use my bearshare however from my PC which is also connected on the same wireless network.

Can any1 help me make the TCP circle go green?
