I have been able to modify the icons with PSP and even been able to put in my own. You just go to the folder of your skin and change the Gif File like with the logo.gif file you can add a logo of your own by stretching the canvas and using a gif file pic to use as your logo.

Making skins is all new to me but it's something I would really like to make. The only thing is, is that the whole thing confuses me. Would you be able to explain how to make them that would be easy for me to understand? And is it easier to use Adobe Photoshop or can Paint Shop Pro Studio be used just as easy?
