.lwtp renaming???
 

hey..

i tried making my own skin..
and i followed all the directions..
but i dont get how to rename it so that the extension is .lwtp
help please?

Use the search button above for skin & you'll find the answer. I think you change it to zip or .... check it out & read it for yourself. Look for posts within last 6 mths or so.

I am trying to do the same thing you are. The instructions on the limewire website are way to broad. If you figure it out could you tell me?

Once the file is unzipped it becomes a .lwtp file. When you rename it, type the .lwtp at the end of the file name.;)

yeah but i dont know how to rename it lol.

if this is too much trouble you dont have to but id appreciate it if you could please write like a step by step thing on how to do it that isnt so broad??

Right-click on the file and select Rename. If the name of the file is halloween_theme then you would rename it as halloween_theme.lwtp. All you're doing is typing in the .lwtp and the end of the filename.:)

Is this file supposed to be in .limewire, the one to be renamed?

Yup. It goes into the themes folder in the .limewire folder.:)
