how do i convert .zip files into .lwtp format???

ive been trying to create my own skin for my limewire but i do not know how 2 convert teh .zip files into .lwtp format. i am using windows xp. i have been on teh limewire site but it does nothelp. please, if anyone has any kowledge of how to do this it would be greatly appreciated
