help getting skins

I NEED HELP!!! when i download the skins on limewire it doesnt ask me if i want to use it all it does is sit there and when i try to open it it wont let me because it says its a zipped folder. It also does the same thing when i download it from the limewire site. How do i unzip it or what do i do???
