LW 2.9.8 Uploads

Some clients seem to be uploading better than others. I'd like to dump the contents of the Monitor Pane (and others) into a spreadsheet to sort, delete, comment, and peruse.

Any suggestions, especially in grabbing the tooltip info? (screen shots are getting too tedious to review)

I'm on Mac OSX , still stuck behind the worst uploading setup.
