As Adam mentioned in his initial post, the major changes include partial file sharing, better fault tolerance for downloads that randomly lose connections. Minor changes include various bug fixes and some new advanced statistics. Specific bug fixes (that I remember off the top of my head) include tracking down and fixing some ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsExceptions, NullPointerExceptions on OS9, IOExceptions when sending an initial search on some OSX machines, and ThreadDeath errors on OS9.

The best place to report bugs is, as always, bugs@limewire.com. We do actually look at them.
