Newbie Help

I used to download from Imesh when i had my PC, now cause i have Mac im limited about whats available. So anyway(getting to the point), Im new to Limewire and i havent yet worked out how and if i can download tv programs. When i have searched, sometimes 1 will appear but then no sources are available. Im getting a bit panicky because a lot of the new Tv seasons will start soon and i dont have a reliable source or program to get them from. I dont want to wait till January before they start in the UK.
