We need a little more information for it to be of any use, pjkyles. What operating system are you using (Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows ME, Mac OS9, Mac OS8, Mac OSX 10.1, Mac OSX 10.2, Mac OSX 10.3)? If you know, what version of Java are you using too? |

Vendor IDs Salut Trap_Jaw, no it isn't Xolox, most of the time when you click to download it is LW (3.5.8, 3.615 etc...) and sometimes Phex, Morpheus, Bearshare. It is weird as the results work when you download... maybe a bug in LW as I have nerver seen results like that when using other Gnet servents (maybe they are filtering those though). And those IDs are different each time, not a pattern of -=/+ for exemple (or like the one of the sreenshot above). À+ |

Thanks very much for the observations on vendor IDs. We found a bug in our handling of query results that was preventing us from displaying results from Gift and Morpheus, among others, as you noted. So, there may be another bug in our processing of their vendor IDs that we'll have to look into. Many of us are on vacation right now (myself included), so please be patient if we're not immediately responsive. Thanks again everyone. |
