Default Too many connections

In 3.9.1 I guess the program got confused for i know i was a leaf(1. it said leaf, 2. i wasnt getting any leaf connection) and yet got 32 connections. Now i do believe while running pro the most i should continusaly(i know its spelled wrong) stay connected to is 6. I then restarted the program and had the same effect. I am running Limewire 3.9.1 Beta on WinXP with Java 1.5.0 Beta. I really don't know what could be causeing the problem other then Limewire itself.

Yes I've seen it happen a number of times, too. The problem is really old and was never entirely fixed.

Default lotsa connections

On a Mac OSX Panther --- starts with lots (never counted them), but does settle down to 6 or so in time.
