Down Loading Movies Well guys, I try to put the title of a movie or the name of the star in the search and I keep getting everything but who or what I put in there. Any ideas as to what I should do? |
add the keywords "avi" or "dvdrip" to your query. - Remember only to download movies that you already bought! Everything else would not be legal... |
dvd hi res?? i have a dvd that cracked so i want to download it from you guy's but all i find are low res or realy small files the film should be about 4gig all i get is 700mb or so plz help out |
You won't get that from Gnutella. Try edonkey2000 or Bittorrent. |

Do you mean Limewire can't share files greater than 2GB? If yes, this is something which definitely needs to be changed. |

I realise this is an old thread & I don't know what it has to do with LimeWire Beta Program. Are you sure it's LW's restrictions or your particular OS. Some OS's have some restrictions upon size of files that can be saved via apps. Also, why don't you shop around & look for discounts. Or borrow what you're looking for & do a temporary backup until you can watch it. Take a look at these re: resolution of various formats: http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...threadid=26716 http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...threadid=25512 |

Sure, the newer OS's are no longer so limited, but if I recall OS 9 & earlier, & the earlier Windows OS's had restrictions (more the earlier they were unless I'm mistaken.) But I don't know about the point you made. Very interesting. You speak from experience. I've never tried it. I agree it should be changed! |
