canceling my subscription
 

I am disappointed with the Lime Wire program that I signed up for this morning. I have been trying to figure out how to cancel my subscription and get a refund. The help site said that there was a free trial offer and that is why there are no refunds, but I was never made aware of any free trial of anything. How to you actually get an answer out of anyone?

"no refunds" is pretty clear to me, what part of it do you want me to explain?

Well, it is written that transactions are final before you buy. You should read. But I think LW should now allow unsubscription in the next few days of the purchase. LW is now popular enough (making much more money through PRO than even 6 months ago) to hire a person to deal with that. That's how I'd do if I were a business person. However once a person got PRO, how do you remove remotly his app because he removed his subscription? People would buy then cancel and get PRO free :o

The people will SURE delete the program when they have their money back. :D

At this point I am not even caring as much about the money back issue, I really just want to cancel the subscription. I thought that this was an upstanding website, apparently I was mistaken. This has not been a pleasant experience today and I will not be referring my firends to this site.
