Multiple users on Windows 2000 I have a stand alone system at home running Windows 2000. When I log into any accounts other than the one I was in when I installed LimeWire, the 'Open With' box opens up. I had the second user account set as a Power User and changed it to Administrator just in case, but that still doesn't work. LimeWire will only open up when I am logged on to my user account. What can I do to get it to work on all user accounts? This is not a network, I just have several users and one computer. Sorry so long, but any help would be greatly appreciated. |

Will not upgrade until I'm allowed to begin downloads of multiple versions of the same filename (as in version 1.4). I typically start downloads of 2-3 of the same files, then cancel all but the fastest. For example, one may be downloading at 2KB/sec, while the other downloads at 45KB/sec. I of course cancel the 2KB file download. The new version does not allow this, and this is a HUGE feature that I rely upon for nearly 100% of my downloading activities to ensure successful downloads before the other hosts drop offline. Please put this ESSENTIAL feature back into your product. |
