Specifying Search Criteria Apologies because I'm sure that this matter has been raised before but it was difficult to structure a search theme for it! You'll see what I mean. I wanted to search for a track called "melancholy me" so I fed that name into a search field in inverted commas ("") assuming that Limewire would only give me responses of files which contained the consecutive words "melancholy me". However Limewire has given me thousands of responses, none for "Melancholy me" but ALL containing the word "Melancholy". Is there any way I can structure my search criteria to ensure I ONLY receive fies containing the consecutive words "Melancholy me". |
What I'd try is melancholy me.mp3 or - melancholy me.mp3 Then when the results come up, if you know the artist name, click on the artist's name to the left of the search results under the Artist (filter.) But if you know the artist's name then put Artist's name - melancholy me.mp3 |
Thanks.... ....for the suggestions. I tried the first two but still after just a few seconds I got 285 and 231 results respectively and not one "Melancholy me" but lots of "Melancholy Baby" and so on. Regrettably, I don't know the artists name. |
