Sam: LW 4.6?

Why is 4.6 released so soon? What is significant enough to up version to 4.6 instead of 4.4.6? Is the "reduced message propagation delay to 0ms" (the only core change) a big change? In what way?

Many questions to answer... But anyway, an update to the best filesharing client is always welcomed!

- Reduced message propogation delay to 0ms.
- Cleaned up borders around selections on lists and borders on OSX.
