I am unable to resume downloads and getting slow speeds even from 10 hosts for one download but I am guessing that it is due to my router, other people's routers and people not being truthful about there connection speeds

Default limewire 4.9.11 problems

I'm just a limewire user here, but I've noticed that 4.9.11 seems to have some problems with column/row spacing...From the startup spash screen to the searchfield, to the list of files on the right of the screen, there seems to be some sort of line spacing problem...I do not know what it is...just wanted to inform limewire forum....Also I've been having some problems when downloading some files with the status bar saying "disk problem"....I don't know what it is...just thought someone else might know...thanks

Default Disk Problem

I'm also having a problem with "disk problem" dilemma too. During downloading process, the progress bar keep showing the "disk problem" message even though my hard drive still have tons of empty space. Usually, I just cancelled that particular file and resumed by using the Library - Incomplete Files - Resume. Normally, that will solved the "disk problem" error.

If you are using anything but LimeWire ver 4.8.1 or the newest BETA you are using a program that is now defunct. DEAD

Please try the LimeWire PRO 4.9.11 BETA

For the most part I have pushed this program. As long as I monitor it and keep playing with search, research, and moving things around, I have maintained very credible results. If it should go below Turbo-Charged connection I disconnect and reconnect with no problem. Turbo comes right back. After the initial freezing there have been no more occurrances. Though not recommended for the most part I initiated 80 connections with a combined speed of up to 192 KB/s download and 19 slots filled for upload and 10 or 12 queued. Though all 80 don't completely connect (some are listed only as connecting, waiting in line etc) I have had a good 29 or so consistantly downloading. With some minor tweaking this might be about ready to go if the unresolved disconnects when unattended are addressed.

Agree with deacon have put it throug hell did most of the test he did. The only real isues I had was freezing it up while playing with the bandwith adjustment which dos'nt work verry well. And the inabilty to conect as an ultrapper without port forwarding. The UPnP isue of LW resetting appear to be gone did som extreme DL 15 files at once saw speeds of 600+ and router settings remained the same. People seem to be able to connect to me easier behind the router firewall usually had 10 UL going and 10 in que while runing in UPnP no port forwarding. Firewall Icon shows and bug report says false so the firewall is there. So all in all peretty good for me.
