Default I got problems with limewire

Hi, I use limewire as the main p2p program. Anyways, the problem is that soon as the download speed of anything goes above 200kb/sec, my whole internet crashes. I tested it several times to make sure. Is it possible for me to cap the download speed to 190-195 maximum? In the options menu, max I can cap the download speed is 43.31kb/sec - that's way too low for me. I want to cap it at much higher amount than 43.31. Cana anyone help me with this?
