Problem with 4.9.37

There seems to be a problem with the Spanish translation of 4.9.37, both Basic and Pro. Instead of accents, estrange characters are shown.

Please fix it. I'm getting a lot of complaints at the Spanish Forum. The characters not shown are -at least-: á é í ó ú ñ.
