![]() I updated Limewire to the 4.10 and I am getting the following error: LimeWire has encountered a fatal internal error and will now exit. This is generally caused by a corrupted installation. Please try downloading and installing LimeWire again..... I do the Review button and it shows: LimeWire version 4.10.3 Java version 1.5.0_06 from Sun Microsystems Inc. Windows XP v. 5.1 on x86 Free/total memory: 97960/4128768 FATAL ERROR! java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: javax/swing/undo/CannotRedoException at com.limegroup.gnutella.gui.search.SearchInputPanel .<init>(SearchInputPanel.java:68) at com.limegroup.gnutella.gui.search.SearchInputManag er.updateTheme(SearchInputManager.java:63) at com.limegroup.gnutella.gui.search.SearchInputManag er.<init>(SearchInputManager.java:58) at com.limegroup.gnutella.gui.search.SearchMediator.< clinit>(SearchMediator.java:106) at com.limegroup.gnutella.gui.MainFrame.<init>(MainFr ame.java:71) at com.limegroup.gnutella.gui.GUIMediator.<init>(GUIM ediator.java:171) at com.limegroup.gnutella.gui.GUIMediator.instance(GU IMediator.java:271) at com.limegroup.gnutella.gui.Initializer.initialize( Initializer.java:247) at com.limegroup.gnutella.gui.GUILoader.load(GUILoade r.java:41) at sun.reflect.NativeMethodAccessorImpl.invoke0(Nativ e Method) at sun.reflect.NativeMethodAccessorImpl.invoke(Unknow n Source) at sun.reflect.DelegatingMethodAccessorImpl.invoke(Un known Source) at java.lang.reflect.Method.invoke(Unknown Source) at com.limegroup.gnutella.gui.Main.main(Main.java:44) I had the regular release version of 4.10 installed and it gave me that error, then I tried the Beta version and I still get the same error. I tried updating Java with no luck, and uninstalled and reinstalled LimeWire several times and still can't get it to work. On my other computer LimeWire is getting an error where it starts to open and then just closes out completely with no error message or anything. |
