over charging

hi
i upgraded to limewire pro and they overcharged my acount with paypal four times . paypall say that i have to take it up with limewire but they dont even reply to my emails and that is through the proper links for this . you should be warned you run the risk of being over charged for this service and not much hope of getting your money back either ,
