Limewire won't even open

Limewire won't even open

After some recent suggestions, I've downloaded Limewire. But it will not open. And that's whether I'm connected to the net or not. Now I'm not a computer expert, but I uninstalled the program and then downloaded it again and installed it once more. The program just won't run. Any help on what's wrong?
