Lightbulb need a button to "hold future uploads"...

In the spirit of sharing, hate to cut off others who are uploading from me when I need to restart, shut down, or just have more bandwidth.

Would be great to allow those in progress to finish up, but hold others from starting to upload when I need to shut limewire down.

I couldn't agree more. I try to be nice and let those who are uploading finish but then somebody else jumps on and I can never truly exit without clobbering someone's download.
