Error Message

I continually get the following error message and get logout:

Runtime Error!

Program: C:\PROGRAM
FILES\JAVASOFT\JRE\1.3.1_0:BIN\JAVAW.EXE

ABNORMAL PROGRAM TERMINATION

Has anyone ever encountered such a problem, and if so how do you resolve it? Thanks in advance for your input...
