Default Download.dat bug

I get this msg (attached) from windows XP all the time (if LimeWire is running). Any suggestions?

Go find your Incomplete Directory on your HD and delete Downloads.dat Limewire will recreate it so that it can store locations of incomplete downloads and restart them from where you left off.

I ran chkdisk, but it didn't found anything wrong.
