I dunno it should be illegal to have speeds this slow...

Right clicking only gives me these options:

Cancel download
Resume download
Pause download
Preview download

Clear all inactive
Chat with host
Browse Host

Change file location


There is a search under Navigation, but it doesn't seem to do anything!

Surprised this works.

Being trying to download a file for more than a week now, but I couldn't because 'Need more resources'

Just did what Sleepless suggested and it started downloading now from 8 hosts, amazing.

What you have to do is to Right-click on the file being downloaded (the lower panel where the download progress is being displayed), and then go to search->search more specifically.

I can do that but then the programme just tells me I'm downloading it already - what is the advantage?

Just searching and displaying the results is enough, you don't have to start downloading again

I don't mean press for download again. This is for when you are downloading a file allready. Don't think you read the previous post carefully. By finding results for the file you're downloading, in a lot of cases your downloadspeed will improve.

When this box appears what i do is click save as and just add a fullstop to the file name and click okay and it usually downloads. just remember when you download more than one of a particular item when the first one has downloaded cancel the others as so not to get two or more.

OK I have upgraded and now I have that option and it does seem to make a difference.

In the search box what is HASH? if it is the number of uploaders for that file why is it not the same as the number from which i am downloading?

Also I have the firewall symbol at the bottom despite having made limewire an exception on windows firewall, should I worry about this? Will it make any difference?
