how can i get more users to upload NEW files i have in my shatred folde???

As long as you have allowed LW access through your firewall there isn't anything you can do except sit back and wait. Eventually someone will upload them.

If your blocked by a firewall, you will see very few uploads if any. See this thread for connection problems: Connection problems? Check here first!
