Hello all i was wondering if anyone can give me the proper settings on the downloads and uploads my connections is dl speed is averaging 4900 kbps and ul is 344.Ive done alot of readin and got the ul set at around 29 and dl is set at 100% bandwith with 7 max downloads..Im on cable modem (roadrunner) Does this sound correct?thx for the replies!!

You could put your upload speed to about 40kB/s and leave your download speed at 100%...
Try having 5 upload spots with maybe 3 files per spot...
