Default size of files showing in KB

Hi,

My Limewire program is suddenly showing in the "Size" column the size of files in KB and not in MB like it normally does.

How do I change this?

Also, in the "#" column the allignment is to the right and not the centre as normal.

How do I change that?

Many thanks!

I think this is a change on the network I have all sizes showing in KB now also There was a problem listing sizes in order because some were in KB and some in MB .. This may have something to do with it. I may be wrong .. but afaik you cannot do anything about it. Personally I can live with it

I'm not sure if you are referring to the position of the # colum or the way it displays. You can move the colum by clicking on the top and dragging it, or size it by clicking on one side of the top and dragging slightly sideways. making the column narrower might help the appearance??

I hope this helps I just did a search which brought up no multiple files so I didn't check ..and I'm lazy

OK I did another search and I see what you mean about the numbers ... again it must be a network thing.

A suggestion .. drag the colum to the left side of the icon column and the numbers show more clearly and are not muddled with the Name column

You can drag the columns anywhere you want as OAH suggested. And also resize them if prefered. And don't forget to do this Arrange search results by size (click on link) so you get the largest files at the top of the list.

I arrange files by various techniques depending on what I'm wanting. eg: I may arrange by size, I may arrange by #, or I may arrange by status, or I may arrange by quality or progress in both the search results & downld window. Arranging by quality will let me know which ones I haven't downlded or which ones are the highest quality connection, etc.
