When I open the options window it comes up about 1/4 of the size needed, so I can see hints of available options, but not do anything with them. It doesn't allow for resizing or maximizing either. Can anyone offer a solution? limewire 4.12.6

Could be a number of things. One is if you are using a different skin ..try a different one.

You could try deleting your preference folder. This must be done with Limewire completely closed, but you will need to reconfigure Limewire

It happens to me, too. Sometimes LW closes for no apparent reason.

One possibility is that you are overworking your computer. Does LW close when you have many applications open, or when you are doing intensive tasks like video file conversion?

Also, I installed a registry cleaner to optimize my computer, and I now have less problems with LW closing.
