HELP my connect keeps starting up over and over and I have clicked all the boxes.

I have clicked all the boxes off in the options menu to stop my limewire from starting up over and over. It starts up with no internet connection in the middle of a game even!! Its frustrating!!!!!

I have clicked the boxes OR unclicked the boxes is more to the point. To make the limewire connect upon start up NOT happen I have clicked confirm or whatever that button says....apply and still it is starting up of its own accord.

If I cannot solve this problem I will just delete it off my computer. Even though this is a good thing for music sharing.

My sister has limewire and hers does not start up everytime you start the computer or in the middle of a game. She has to double click it to start it and open it up.

I hope someone has the answers out there. Because I tried FAQ and looking up on this site.

It sounds like you have a virus. Please try the easy fix mentioned at the end of point 2 in the sticky below...that's worked for lots of people.
Otherwise, there are other fixes to try & point 5 has links to sites you can visit for computer help

Always make sure you're using a good AV program. Keep it updated & scan all downloaded files before opening
