Is it possible to hide the limewire icon that's in the taskbar? I mean the right end of the taskbar where the clock is.

I think the only way you can hide it is by shutting down Limewire

hmm... it's a useful feature in other p2p's. As is, if and when I download adult content, any member of the family can walk by and see it and that's no good at all.

Do you think there's a better place in here for this post?

In Windows, copy whatever files you wish to be 'hidden' to an appropriately named folder...

Right-Click ONCE on that folder...
Select 'Properties' with a single Left-Click...
See 'Attributes' and check-mark 'Hidden'...
Left-Click on 'Apply'...
Left-Click on 'OK'...

And remember, natch, that unless your kids are about 3 years or younger, you could have asked them to show you how to do the above !!!

p.s. If YOU want to be able to find said folder later, you must enable viewing of hidden files/folders...
