Lightbulb Just Wondering.....

I know this isn't 100% appropriate for this forum, but Gnutella isn't working right for me. So, would someone tell me, i downloaded Limewire a while ago, and got a bad worm. i finally got it all off a day ago. So, know i need to get some music. What should i do???? Is it safe enough to download LW again, or will i get another worm? I AM ONLY GOING TO DOWNLOAD MUSIC!!! NO adult things, or games, or anything. I dont want another virus. They SUCK!!!! So can someone tell me if there is an extremely safe way to get music from LW without getting bad files??? Or is there a better provider i can use???

Thanks for the Replies.

First of all, get some good antivirus software no matter what you do. I have McAfee and it caught ALL of the viruses that I was silly enough to download from Limewire before I knew better.

As long as you avoid .wma files, downloading music should be extremely safe.

Read this: How to find music

Read this, too: Info on fake files

Good Luck

... I agree with ^(person above me)....
..... You might also want to download PeerGuardian 2.

...don't want you be busted by the RIAA or some other agency....

... Oh, and you should get some sort of antivirus... preferably McAfee like muhctekdano.

... Also... scan the files before opening them....
