Converting Files I am new to LW, does anyone know what program to use to convert.avi file, I downloaded a video but I get a message (format not supported) also need help to open a file with .rar extention. Thank you, EA |

I think you just want to watch the files on your computer right? If so, try this thread: Codec/Player info VLC player (halfway down first post) is usually recommended. If you want to convert your movies, that's a different topic. RAR files are compressed files. You need a program to decompress, or open, them. 7-zip is free and will open RAR files. hi , just downloaded " CONVERTXTODVD" . go to www.vso-softwear.fr , it will convert and burn all file for you and is very easy to ues. |
