 quality question Hi im new and i dunno if im posting in the right room but when downloading it will say on the side what ive downloaded even if ive erased it ( on the quality column it has a page and a tick ) how do i get rid of it please help asap  |

| I'm not sure how long LW's downld prefs retain this memory. But even though it gives the green tick meaning you've downlded it before, you can still downld it again.  |
