Exclamation Limewire Accelerator

Is there such a thing asa Limewire Accelerator? I downloaded something that said that it was a Limewire Accelerator and I installed it but it never did anything so I deleted it. If there is something like that how do I get it?

?????

say what?

a link to what?...to some other faker 'accelerator'????

speeds are dependent upon 2 things...your ability to take incoming bandwidth, and the host of the file's ability to shoot bandwidth at you....OK...I guess 3 things...include general internet traffic in your area into the equation...there could of course be some sort of congestion on the 'virtual highway'...or heck, you could even be under an 'attack' of some sort which is slowing you down...
