Default I need to limewire during selected hours only!

I recently moved to a area that has no highspeed internet, so I recently switched to a satellite internet. Here's the problem I can only download 450?megabits a 24 hour period or I get kicked off my highspeed to a shared bandwidth (that sucks). There is a 3 hour window every night from 2a-5a that allows unlimted use that does not count on your daily allowence. How can I program my computer to run limewire automatically during these hours. .

What OS do you have? XP Pro can use scheduled tasks to start Limewire and then you could use delayed shutdown to stop the PC at the end of your session.
