Some People have been complaining about the new 4.16 taking up too much Cpu while it's runing here is what you do.Click on.This is in Lime Wire.
Tool's>Options>Advanced>Performance>And tick the Disable TLS Capabilities. This will help with the Cpu problem i clicked it off for mine and it only uses about 10% of my Cpu with is 5/10 Cpu.

Three if you are haveing problems Vewing Movies than you can try vlc player.

Ok here is a tip for people that hate the newer 4.16.6.There is a site called FileHippo.It has all past and the new version of Lime Wire So here it is.Just use the Link i am giveing you.And there are no bugs in these.I have checked them all my self.
