Hi,
Is there any program to open the file "downloads.dat"?
notepad is not good idea, I tried even by some dat-viewer, but

Phex is not using a downloads.dat file to store anything.

downloads.dat...hmmmmm...sounds familiar....as GergorK notes Phex doesn't use a downloads.dat file...BearShare also doesn't...nor does Shareaza....hmmm...I wonder what client does.....
