I keep trying to download songs, but then Limewire keeps canceling them because it says that it's for my own protection. I don't care. I just want the song. I'll deal with the consequences later. How do I disable this from happening?

Unable to, it's built in. And yes they are virus ridden audio files. LW 'only' blocks such known files, not good files. Here's a sample of example file sizes to step aside of Virus thread: Typical virus spam file sizes - Make a note of them (click on blue link to see) .. it's not a complete list because new ones come out now & again, but it is at least a good guide.
