More than one media player & Library

HI ! I need help with my limewire pro. I somehow have music saved on more than one media device on my computer and music is saved in several places. I would like to be able to look up my music, play it or burn it from just one location. How would I go about doing that ? I'm somewhat computer savvy, but this is just confusing !!
