I recently try to update my Limewire for the new Pirate version and it has virus, I found one version without virus here Sleepless edit: removed useless link. Read second post.

Of course the RIAA and other anti-filesharing agencies will try and report the working LimeWire LPE as a virus. Not saying that your version of LPE has a virus, but if so, then you didn't download it from here.

If you do find an actual virus in anything linked from here.. and by that I don't mean the false positives that every known keygen/crack will produce, then please do report it to staff here with the post you got download link from, and we will check if there is any substance to the claim.

I confir, the link you posted which Sleepless edited out was out-of-date and looked dubious. We (Gnutella Forums) will always keep links to archived genuine versions of LimeWire for the following reason. We began doing this several years ago as soon as the LW.org stopped providing older versions for those whose systems could not run the later versions for any reason.
