access priviliges

hello!!
ia couple of days ago...after downloading 20 songs or so.. i realised that my files were being saved in a folder to which i did not have access privilages to!! before it was being saved to a music folder under another folder called JOANA. yet one day i find the music folder has been moved to system/library/usertemplate/spanish.Iproj !!!! which i have no idea why!!!! the problem with it though..is that it doesnt let me enter this folder or even delete it!!! so the songs i downloaded are stuck inside this folder to which i have no access priviliges to... i clicked on file/ show info and it told me (under privileges) that the owner was system and that the group was wheel!! what does that mean???? i know im quite lost in these matters...but i relly need help!! i dont want that folder to b taking up space on my computer when i cant even use it!!! i would also like to know why that happened!! thank you so much!!!! lots and lots of thanks,
