Paid for Pro, but all I get is the free version

I paid for the Pro version and went to the download link in my e-mail and downloaded the Mac X version, but after installing it all I get is the free version with the ads.

I tried deleting the copy of Linewire on my drive and installing again, but the same thing

Same exact problem... whats up!! Nothing on the FAQ and email for support is NOT existent. I get pointed here for any support.

I am about to dispute the $10 payment to limewire because of such a silly problem

I finally found a solution. I did a search of my drive and deleted everything with the name Limewire in it, just deleting the application is not enough. I think the problem was with one of the files in one of my system's libraries.

Anyway after deleting everything with the name limewire and then installing the pro version again I got the pro version.
