 install problems? read this heres a neat idea... why not read the post at the very top of the m.board... than everyone that cant install limewire properly... wouldnt have to ask questions that are already answered... but if you dont feel like clicking it here it is Q: I am using Mac OS X with Stufffit Deluxe (not Stuffit Expander) and am unable to open my LimeWire installer file. What should I do? A: There is an incompatibility problem between Stuffit Deluxe and the LimeWire installer. If you have Stuffit Expander on your computer, open Stuffit Expander and then explicitly decompress the LimeWire installer file from within Stuffit Expander. Once it is expanded (you should see an installer with a pretty icon of a drive on it), try running the installer again.  |
