bounce bounce nothing (me too)

Im running osx 10.2.3 on G4
old version told me to upgrade but new version won't install.

I am running stuffit 7.2 and have the pretty icon of a drive but it just shows the icon in dock for a quick sec then goes away and nothing.

Please help me
