How to force IP?
 

I'm running off a router. I know my IP address and the router IP address. Which do I use? Also, how do I get the port number? No one can access my files...

Don't force your IP unless you know what you're doing. If you force the wrong IP you will achieve absolutely nothing, - or even worse, - some other host will get hammered for files that you have.

Did you set up your router to do port forwarding? If not forcing your IP won't do you any good.
