what is it?

I only had two files in my incomplete folder, so it can't be that. And for whatever reason, I can't install anything but that damn 4.0.5 that doesn't work. Bah. I'm frustrated, and stuck inside with a lame foot while everyone else is waterskiing. I'm not happy right now.
